As a mama, healer, and someone always on a journey of self-discovery, community is one of my deepest values. It’s not just about attending events or being social—it’s about intentionally rooting into the place I live, the people I meet, and the energy we share.
Supporting local businesses, walking the rail trail, grabbing a book or a coffee from a spot where they know my name… these are the moments that ground me. They remind me that healing isn’t just something that happens on a reiki table or in a women’s circle—it happens in everyday exchanges, warm smiles, and shared stories.
