The Women’s Circle is for women like you who are looking for a community where they can feel relaxed, inspired & supported. It’s for women who desire to create a life filled with peace, love, and joy. It’s for women just beginning or in the midst of their healing journey.
Reiki Master Teacher Jill Coletti will hold sacred space for the group and guide us in discussion of a monthly topic that will deepen our sense of community and connection.
We will begin with an intention setting ritual and allow ourselves to flow with what the group needs in the moment. The circle may include intentional breathing exercises, meditation, Reiki energy healing, sound healing or other tools that may help us. And of course conversation, if you choose to share.
We will continue our healing throughout the month with exercises to do at home for yourself. And if you choose also, we will continue connecting with each other inside a private Facebook page set up just for us. The intention is for you to have the tools to use ongoing to calm your mind and find peace in today’s fast-pace world.
Please dress comfortably and bring a journal & pen, blanket, and any items that spark joy or creativity within you. As we gather, you are encouraged to write down your thoughts and ideas so you can leave with a full heart and a calm mind.
